What is included in each box?

Every ÉCLAT box is thoughtfully curated with a selection of premium Canadian artisan and lifestyle products. You can view the full contents of each box on its product page.

Are the products the same every time?

Each box is curated as a complete, intentional collection. The products shown on each product page are what you will receive.

Can I customize the contents of a box?

At this time, boxes are available as curated sets and cannot be modified. We believe the curation is part of the experience.

What is the ÉCLAT Signature Card?

The Signature Card is a premium heavyweight card and envelope, available as an add-on to any gift box. It's designed to carry your personal message with the same care as everything else in the box. Add it to your order at checkout.

Ordering

Can I include a personal message with my order?

Absolutely. The ÉCLAT Signature Card add-on gives you a beautiful, minimalist card and envelope to write your own personal message. Simply add it to your order at checkout.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?

Yes. For corporate orders, events, or bulk inquiries, please reach out to us directly at hello@eclatgiftboxes.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Can I place an order as a gift without the recipient knowing?

Absolutely. There is no pricing information included inside the box, making it ready to give exactly as it arrives.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

ÉCLAT offers complimentary shipping on all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the curated and perishable nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@eclatgiftboxes.com within 48 hours of receiving it and we will make it right.

ÉCLAT is pronounced "ay-KLAH" — a nod to its French origins.

Why the name ÉCLAT?

It started with a feeling we wanted to capture. In French, éclat means brilliance, a flash of something radiant and memorable. It's a word that carries weight and elegance, and it felt like the only name that lived up to the moment gifts like this are meant to create.
