Due to the curated and perishable nature of our products, all purchases are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eclatgiftboxes.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your concern promptly and arrange a replacement or resolution.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
