ÉCLAT currently ships within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During launches or peak periods, processing times may be extended — updated timelines will be communicated on the product page.
Shipping & Delivery
ÉCLAT offers complimentary shipping on all orders across Canada. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, ÉCLAT is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery interruptions beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eclatgiftboxes.com with your order number and clear photos so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
